Profile of Economics Department

The Department of Economics is one of the main and oldest branch of the faculty of Social Science in Anwarul Uloom College at both Undergraduate and Post graduate level. The M.A Economics was introduced in 1992-93. The Department of Economics is backed by an expert faculty who is well aware of all recent trends and development in Economics.

The objectives of the department are to impart educate the students in various discipline related to Economics which will be beneficial nation and individual. E.g., increase per capita income, GDP reduced rate on inflation, increase export and reduce export and import. To attain full employment to make Indian currency more strong and powerful in International Market.

To uplift the students to the greater heights to walk on foot print of Chanikya, Kumar Sen and become a milestone in the history of economics.
